Who is Teddy oppa? Park Teddy. A very good composer. I like his songs except Lollipop and Please Dont Go's music. But all of his songs are catchy. Even Dr. Dre agrees. Ermm i love D. Dre's sets. I want headsets! Teddy oppa received a lot of request from singers to compose for them, one of them is LADY GAGA! Yes, Teddy is recognised in America.
